We also handle the part most firms leave to you: funding. A trust only controls what it owns, so we help move your home, accounts, and other assets into it, and show you how to keep it current as life changes.
Already have a trust? We restate and amend existing trusts, add special-needs provisions where a beneficiary's benefits must be protected, and update successor-trustee arrangements when the original choices no longer fit.
