Trust administration.
When the person who made a trust dies, someone has to carry it out. Trust administration is the work of doing that properly — and we walk successor trustees through every step.
Arizona law gives trustees real duties: notices to beneficiaries, an inventory of what the trust holds, debts and taxes to settle, and distributions that match what the document actually says. Done well, it is quiet and orderly. Done badly, it is how families end up in litigation.
We act as counsel to the trustee — preparing the notices, retitling assets, coordinating with accountants, and documenting each decision — so the trustee is protected and the beneficiaries see a process they can trust. Most administrations we handle never go near a courtroom.
