Deeds.
In Arizona, the deed is where an estate plan most often succeeds or fails. We prepare and record the deeds that move real estate where it is supposed to go — into a trust, to a beneficiary, or simply into the right name.
A beneficiary deed passes Arizona real estate directly at death, outside of court, without giving up any control during life. Quit-claim deeds move property into a trust, between family members, or out of a name that no longer belongs on the title.
We also fix the ones that went wrong — corrections and re-recordings for deeds drafted with the wrong legal description, the wrong vesting, or never recorded at all.
Where to start
Every engagement starts with a conversation about what you actually need. Bring your questions — we’ll tell you plainly what the work would involve.
